THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Manager to lead our organization's communications strategy and initiatives. The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and advance our mission and goals.

As the Communications Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with organizational objectives and target audience insights.
- Oversee all aspects of external communications, including media relations, public relations, social media, and digital marketing efforts.
- Manage the organization's online presence, including website content, social media channels, email newsletters, and digital advertising campaigns, to engage and grow our audience.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics and KPIs to track performance, evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to internal teams and leadership on communication matters, including crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and excellence.
Experience Requirements:
- Master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience of minimum 4 years, working in a similar role, preferably in the development sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, messages, and materials for diverse audiences and channels.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics tools.

Remuneration: 6-8 lakhs CTC/annum (depending on educational qualifications and work experience).
